Jeannette, Using video to communicate HP's CR messages is great - I'm enjoying HP's use of social media. I write about CR on my blog and would welcome your views on how you see social media and content evolving in the corporate sense - what are the challenges in terms of standardization, innovation, regulation, responsibility, and so forth?
