Teamwork: Recovering from mistakes

I just played in two women's ice hockey tournaments in the last two weekends. We competed at a Women's C level in the first tournament (MLK tournament in San Jose) and at a B level in the second tournament (in Las Vegas!). Perhaps you can guess the result...
