&amp;quot;Rapidly designing detailed IT processes&amp;quot; and have found it of great
use. I am very much interested in understanding how ITIL Processes and
practices are best introduced and what are the most vital primary steps
are to be taken in order to implement ITIL. If possible it would be
very helpful to see a sort of walkthrough for introduction of processes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Moreover, I would also like to respectfully request the copy of the white paper that you have mentioned in the above article.&lt;/p&gt;
