So what is on the horizon for SPI Dynamics products? Given the very competitive nature of the web app security market we always find ourselves having to keep tight lipped on our future plans, but it goes without saying that what is just around the corner is really going to be ground breaking. For 5+ years now automated web application security assessments have been done a certain way, that all is going to change this year, and it's going to be amazing. Those of you who are a part of our user groups are going to be getting a sneak peak, and soon we will be setting up some private forums here for folks to come together and share their feedback. I'm very excited ;)

On more immediate note, we have been hearing great things about service pack 1 for WebInspect 5.8, if you haven't downloaded it, go get it now and make sure you are running with the latest checks and vulnerability engines.
