We have fixed this issue. The postal code field will now accept letters, numbers, dashes, and spaces.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the feedback, we now realize we were a tab bit over aggressive with our validation rules when we built our form, some of our guys are working on it right now, thanks!

Ok, I take some of that back.. missed the other thread which suggested putting any old US zipcode in, such as 30068 and it worked then even with the Irish address.. so must go now and dive into the hack attack!

I agree.. very VERY irritating! I spent a fruitless 30 mins attempting to educate HP Ireland on the phone who had not the least interest or knowledge of this and could plainly care nothing except to repeatedly pass me on to the same recorded messages.

Its not rocket science HP.. I just want to download your tool.. I have a major site under total attack with this horrid SQL injection.

We'd love to try Scrawlr out, however the form to download it only accepts Postcodes (ZIP codes) and telephone numbers in US format.

Can you open it up to the rest of the world?
